Your mission
The intersection of energy and AI is the new frontier. RABOT doesn't just want to "use" AI, but integrate it into the core of customer interaction. Intelligent savings forecasts, energy insights in natural language, features that make our product work like magic: someone has to build them. End-to-end, from the initial sketch to production.
You are that person. A "squad of one" when necessary, and always a team player. You bridge the gap between complex energy data and intuitive user experiences. You move seamlessly across the entire stack (React, C#, Flutter), prototyping quickly and delivering even faster. You use AI tools not just for coding, but to build features that were previously impossible.
Your results
We won't throw you in at the deep end, but we expect you to learn to swim. After 12 months, your success will look like this:
Month 3 (Ramp-up):
- You have delivered your first end-to-end feature across the entire stack.
- You have identified an area where AI can optimize internal workflows or the customer product.
Month 6 (Performance):
- You have brought a major product initiative from the initial sketch to production.
- You have shown how AI-powered engineering surpasses traditional development cycles.
Month 12 (Scale):
- You have built a suite of intelligent features that have measurably improved customer loyalty or conversion.
- At RABOT, you set the standard for how business-oriented engineering creates market value.
Who we are looking for
- Pragmatic Generalist - You can switch from a CSS fix to backend API optimization to LLM prompt refinement in a single afternoon. Full-stack isn't a label for you, it's your way of thinking.
- Business thinker - You ask "Should we build this?" before you ask "How do we build this?" You understand CAC, LTV and why user experience is the decisive competitive advantage.
- Independent: You don't wait for a perfectly maintained Jira ticket. You find problems, talk to stakeholders, and deliver solutions. If something is unclear, you clarify it. If something is broken, you fix it.
- Knowledge sharer – If you find a workflow, prompt pattern, or architectural shortcut that works, you make it available to the team. Building alone is fast; building in a way that others can follow is sustainable.
Technically, you should possess: Proficient use of React (TypeScript) and C#/.NET. AI-powered coding with tools like Claude and Cursor is an integral part of your daily work, not an experiment. You have delivered products or side projects that demonstrate your end-to-end implementation skills.
