Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio-visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced People Administrator to join our People team. This role will play a key part in supporting the People Team and Line managers while helping to ensure that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently
The level of experience and seniority will be reflected in a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:

Draft offer letters, amendments and contracts of Employment to be issued to Employees

Maintain accurate, up to date employee records held on Bamboo HR and Employee Files across the full employee lifecycle (e.g. new starters, transfers, absences, salary changes and leavers).

In the absence of the HR Coordinators manage the HR inbox and redirect queries efficiently by connecting colleagues with the right People team experts.

Support the HR Coordinator with Induction and onboarding activities.

Produce and share key HR reports, including absence, return to work etc.

Contribute to the weekly HR and IT meetings, providing updates on new starters, leavers, and key employee lifecycle activity.

General HR Admin support to include scheduling and supporting with note taking for meetings.

Support the employment screening process, including background checks, reference checks, and right-to-work verification.
Recruitment Administration:

Prepare and format CVs for client submissions and internal mobility opportunities

Track Live offers on New Starters Spreadsheet

Update yearly tracking information including replacement/new headcount

Employee Referral Administration
Essential skills:
Desirable skills:

CIPD qualified to level 3 or equivalent (funding available)

Knowledge of the AV Industry (preferable)

Experience of working within businesses of multiple sites/regional locations.
