Rotherwood Cares is currently supporting one of our valued clients in the search for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their established care team.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.

Supporting residents with mobility and promoting independence wherever possible.

Contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.

Maintaining accurate records of care provided and resident wellbeing.

Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues.

Promoting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Upholding residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.

Compliance Requirements

Enhanced DBS check required.

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must disclose any convictions or cautions in line with current DBS legislation and filtering rules.

Ability to accurately complete care records using digital or paper-based systems.
