Supporting all elements of the business from an operational support capacity

Liaising with customers, processing orders from start to finish

Ordering consumables and supplies for the office

Managing stock and dispatch through to booking shipping and monitoring shipments from customs through to customer receipt

Creating sales invoices, raising purchase orders and some chasing payments when required (customers are usually warm, just need a polite reminder)

Updating stock levels on the system and undertaking all other generalist sales admin, stock and accounting duties
