Role: Production Operative
Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Location: Outskirts of Horsham – due to their location you must have access to your own reliable transport
Our client is a growing manufacturing business seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their production team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values commitment, quality, and teamwork. Working within a busy production environment, you will assist with the assembly, preparation, inspection, and testing of products while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Assembling components using hand tools and production equipment.

Preparing materials and parts for production processes.

Conducting quality checks and inspections.

Following production schedules and work instructions.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.

Reporting any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.#
Candidate Requirements

Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or factory experience is advantageous.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong manual dexterity and practical skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
