Are you a proactive and organised administrator who wants to support a busy estimating team in a growing contractor environment? We’re recruiting for an Estimating Administrator to support the Estimating Manager of a well-established refurbishment and fit-out contractor with a turnover of around £4 million and multiple live projects.
Your Role

Assist the Estimating Manager with tender enquiries and submissions

Upload and manage tender documentation and associated correspondence

Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to collect pricing and scope responses

Maintain and update project folders, trackers and databases
-
Provide general estimation-team administration and co-ordination
You Bring
-
Strong organisational and document‐control skills

Comfortable using Excel and document management systems such as Conquest (training can be provided)

Previous experience in construction administration, estimating support, bid coordination (or interest in moving into that space)

High attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and a collaborative, can-do attitude
