Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
- Support dietary requirements and special requests
- Assist with stock control and waste management
- Assist the Head Chefs / Support and guide junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Assistant Chef or Cook
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach
