Our well-established Grantham based client is looking for a confident, articulate Customer Service Advisor to join a small busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role and enjoys delivering a first-class customer service experience.
Duties include:

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders

Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate CRM records

Supporting customer onboarding processes

Liaising with operations, sales, and finance teams
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role candidates must have previous customer driven skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach are essential. Intermediate Word and Excel and accurate data skills will also be required.
Confident working in a busy, fast-moving environment is essential for the Customer Service Advisor role.
Working Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm This is an excellent opportunity, with flexibility around start and finish times if needed.
