Hours of Work:
The Role:
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business. Duties will include:

Onboarding new clients and ensuring all required documentation is completed

Processing HMRC agent authorisations

Raising sales invoices accurately and efficiently

Answering incoming telephone calls and emails

Directing enquiries to the appropriate department

Providing outstanding customer service

Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
About You:
The successful candidate will have:

Previous administration experience

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems

A professional and positive approach to customer service
