Are you a highly organised, proactive communicator with a passion for supporting sales teams and delighting customers? Do you want to play a key role in driving growth across Automotive & Aerospace?
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to be the backbone of our clients sales operations – supporting their external team, streamlining processes and ensuring their customers receive world-class service every time.
What You’ll Do:

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new opportunities and nurture prospects to build the sales pipeline.

Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and trial reports in collaboration with the sales team.

Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, provide product info and maintain strong relationships via phone, email and live chat.

Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

Administration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, generate sales performance reports and keep the team informed.

Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

Training & Development: Stay up to date with products and best practices, sharing knowledge across the team.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales admin, sales support, coordination or similar roles is a plus.

Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and collaborating across teams.
