Our client, a well-established manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care products based in Leyland, is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to develop their career within a successful and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities

Processing orders and updating internal systems accurately.

Maintaining production, stock, and customer records.

Assisting with purchase orders and supplier communications.

Preparing delivery and shipping documentation.

Supporting production and warehouse teams with administrative tasks.

Data entry and maintaining accurate company records.

Filing, scanning, and organising documentation.

Assisting with stock reporting and inventory administration.

Providing general office support to management and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements

Previous administration experience is essential.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.

Experience within manufacturing, production, FMCG, or logistics environments would be advantageous.
