As a customer service advsior, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to begin a personal injury claim. You'll play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by listening carefully, gathering key information and helping customers start their claim journey.
This is a fast-paced, telephone-based role where empathy, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Taking detailed information regarding potential claims
Assessing claim viability against established criteria
Accurately updating case management systems
Supporting customers throughout the initial claims process
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth claim progression
Providing a professional, empathetic and customer-focused service at all times
Supporting legal teams with administrative tasks where requiredWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience handling customer calls within a business environment
Experience on sharing empathy with clients
Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English
