Responsibilities of the Customer Care Operative include:
Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance work across residential properties
Undertaking general carpentry and plumbing repairs
Completing interior and exterior painting and decorating
Carrying out wall and floor tiling repairs
Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager
Working independently to manage workloads efficiently
Maintaining accurate records of repairs and materials used
Delivering excellent customer service while remaining professional at all times
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
To be successful in this Customer Care Operative role, you will need:
Strong knowledge of general property maintenance and repairs
Experience with carpentry, painting and plumbing.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A professional and customer-focused approach
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
