A dynamic and expanding international B2B organisation with European operations, focused on combining excellent customer support with proactive commercial engagement. English is the internal working language across the multicultural team.
Main duties:
To provide outstanding customer experience for German-speaking markets while supporting customer retention, engagement and sales growth initiatives.
The role:
- Deliver responsive inbound support via phone, email and digital channels
- Process customer orders and manage delivery or product queries
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Proactively recommend additional relevant products where appropriate
- Support onboarding and reactivation of customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data
- Share customer insights with Sales and Marketing teams
- Operate independently while collaborating closely with the wider European team
The candidate:
- Fluent in German and English (training and internal communication conducted in English)
- Additional languages such as French or Dutch advantageous but not essential
- Previous customer service or customer experience preferred (flexible on background)
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
- Self-motivated and confident working remotely

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Interest or background in veterinary, animal health or related sector beneficial but not essential
