We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a well-established and growing distribution business based in Shipley.
This is primarily a warehouse-based role, however candidates must hold previous FLT experience and be confident operating a Counterbalance truck when required. The successful candidate will be hands-on, reliable and willing to support all aspects of the warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team with long-term prospects and immediate starts available.
£12.71 per hour
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:45pm

Duties:
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Operating a Counterbalance FLT as required
Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
Assisting with goods in and goods out processes
Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts
Ensuring products are stored safely and correctly
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Supporting colleagues across all warehouse functions
Following company health & safety procedures at all times
Skills:
Previous warehouse experience is essential
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred (in-house licences considered)
Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach to workload and responsibilities
