The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Handler, you'll work closely with the Commercial Director, supporting a portfolio of large and complex commercial clients across a range of sectors.
The client base typically consists of businesses with turnovers exceeding £10 million, operating predominantly within:
Manufacturing
Construction
Retail
Waste & RecyclingYou'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, managing renewals and mid-term adjustments, liaising with insurers and supporting the ongoing growth and retention of these important client relationships.
This role offers significant exposure to complex risks and provides an excellent platform for someone looking to develop towards leadership in the future.

What You'll Need
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical insurance knowledge with the right attitude and ambition.
You'll ideally have:
Strong commercial insurance experience within an Account Handler position
Experience managing larger and more complex commercial risks would be an advantage though not essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A client-first mindset and genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
The ambition to progress into leadership responsibilities in the futureExperience using Acturis would be advantageous, although training can be provided.

Working Arrangements
