What You'll Do: As a Customer Ops Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customer data is accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:
Utilizing the CRM system to cleanse accounts and manage work lists effectively.
Updating customer contact information and raising requests for site visits.
Communicating with customers and third-party agencies via email and telephone.
Collaborating closely with the Metering team to enhance overall customer service.
