Support Worker – Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to service users in accordance with their individual care plans.

Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required.

Support service users with daily living activities and promote independence.

Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies and procedures.

Monitor and record service users' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, incident reports, and daily notes.

Assist with meal preparation and support individuals with eating and drinking needs
