Working Pattern –
35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
The role follows a Thursday to Monday schedule, with the following hours:
- Thursday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
- Friday to Monday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales.
As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s) – from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for:
- Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales
- Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance
- Delivering exceptional on‑site and appointment‑based customer viewings
- Negotiating confidently while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience
- Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors and internal stakeholders
- Representing the brand professionally and driving site‑specific sales strategies
You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, with clear targets and the autonomy to manage your patch like your own business.
About You
You're a results‑driven sales professional who thrives in a target‑led environment and understands what it takes to sell property.
You'll bring:
- Experience in new homes, property or estate agency sales
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Confidence conducting face‑to‑face viewings and progressing buyers to reservation
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisation skills to manage multiple buyers and deadlines at once
- A customer‑focused mindset, balancing commercial outcomes with service quality
- Experience in shared ownership and/or open market housing preferable
