Part-Time Onsite Administrator
Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Hourly Rate: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:45am - 9:45am (20 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Part-Time Onsite Administrator to join our busy onsite team in Sherburn in Elmet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a fast-paced recruitment and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities as a Part-Time Onsite Administrator:
Checking agency workers in at the start of each shift
Updating attendance and workforce information within the WMS and internal systems
Contacting absent workers and accurately recording absence details
Processing daily payroll hours efficiently and accurately
Registering new candidates and maintaining employee records
Producing and updating reports using Microsoft Excel
Supporting the onsite team with general administration and recruitment-related tasks
Ensuring all data is entered accurately and maintained in line with company proceduresRequirements as a Part-Time Onsite Administrator:
Previous administration experience preferred
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data management
Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
