Job Description:

Appointment and diary management for Managing Director.

Management of Managing Director's emails and post.

Ad-hoc duties for MD, including running errands and ordering items.

Assisting with general admin duties.

Assisting current bookkeeper with duties.
Person Specification:
-
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Experience of working in the construction sector is ideal.

Good written and spoken English.

Strong organisational skills.

Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft products
