Bilingual Romanian/English Speaking Customer Service Agent

Hours: 7am-4pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour – Weekly Pay
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of our clients, delivering outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, email management, and administrative support. It is a busy and fast-moving campaign and will sometimes have quiet days… They are looking for someone to adapt to that environment. You will be working in a team and building relationships so respect and kindness to your other colleagues and team leaders is a must!
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to high volumes of emails accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate data entry and meet quality standards.

Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Escalate issues in line with company procedures.

Support additional campaigns as required.

Work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnights where needed.
Skills & Experience

Previous customer service experience essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
