We are looking for kind, caring and dependable Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in Woking area. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across morning, evening and daytime shifts.

About the role
- Provide kind, respectful and person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes.
- Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community.
- Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do.
- Work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support.
- Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately.
- Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment.
- Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.

You will be a great fit if you have: at least one year of experience in care, ideally within supported living, learning disabilities or mental health services, or personal experience of caring for or supporting others, along with a genuine passion for helping people live well.
