Site Administrator
Glasgow (2 sites)
Monday–Thursday | Ideal Hours: 9am–3pm
£13–£14 per hour | Paid Weekly
18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | 4 Days Per Week
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Site Administrator to support two large commercial fit-out projects in Glasgow, working 2 days per week on each site.
This role offers excellent flexibility and would suit someone looking to work around school hours or an experienced administrator seeking a flexible contract opportunity.
You’ll be based in modern, professional site offices within major refurbishment projects, with great public transport links and free nearby parking.
Key Responsibilities

General administration and document management

Data entry and CRM updates

Uploading and issuing induction packs

Printing drawings and scanning documents

Tracking deliveries and booking plant equipment

Monitoring trade cards and certification expiry dates

Supporting the commercial team with admin tasks

Welcoming visitors and assisting site teams
What We’re Looking For

Previous administration experience preferred

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Friendly, professional approach
