We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support a growing finance team in a busy and fast-paced environment. This role will involve invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end support, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and journals

Prepare accruals and prepayments

Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations

Support month-end processes

Investigate invoice queries and discrepancies

Maintain accurate finance records and documentation

Assist with VAT and overhead reporting
Requirements
-
Previous Accounts Assistant or finance experience

Strong Excel skills
-
High attention to detail
-
Experience with ERP systems such as Navision or Business Central preferred

Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
