Façade Operatives (Cradle / BMU)
Pay rate: £130–£140 per day
Hours: 07:00 – 15:00
Location: London
Contract: 6-12 Months
We are currently recruiting for multiple Façade Operatives to join a long-term restoration project on a high-rise commercial building.
Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works.
Responsible for:

Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces

Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems

Removal of environmental contamination and staining

Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems

Application of specialist façade restoration coatings
-
Working safely from BMU cradles / suspended access systems
Requirements
-
Previous cradle / BMU experience preferred

Valid CSCS card
-
IPAF (beneficial)
-
Working at height experience preferred

SAEMA certification beneficial
-
Must have a clear understanding of English language

Comfortable working at significant height
