You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow (HA1), West London. The company is dynamic, fast paced and team-work driven and have a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. Salary: circa £25,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will provide office-based support to the production/logistics department within a fast-paced fragrance company. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and distribution partners, you will help coordinate orders, maintain accurate stock and shipment records, support product availability and ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple tasks in a commercial office environment.
Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the production and logistics teams within a fragrance business environment.
-Coordinate order processing, shipment schedules and stock movements using internal systems and spreadsheets.
-International shipment processes
-Liaise with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and smooth product flow.
-Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, deliveries, inventory updates and product information.
-Support forecasting, stock allocation and replenishment activities to help meet customer and business demand.
-Assist with resolving delivery, stock or order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
-Prepare reports, track key information and support day-to-day operational planning. Provide general office and operational support, including ad hoc projects as required
You:
-Confident in using Microsoft Office & ideally MS Dynamics
-An understanding of international shipment and processes - desirable but not essential
-Great communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
