Long-Term Temporary Site Administrator
Location: Peterhead
Start Date: June / July 2026
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a construction project based in Peterhead on a long-term temporary basis. This role will involve supporting the site management and HSE teams with the smooth day-to-day running of the project and ensuring all administrative processes are maintained to a high standard.
This position would suit someone with previous construction or engineering sector experience who is organised, adaptable and confident working within a busy site environment.
Key Duties
Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation
Taking and issuing detailed meeting minutes
Supporting site teams with general administration duties
Updating trackers, spreadsheets and internal systems
Assisting with health & safety documentation and PPE records
Managing office consumables and coordinating with external suppliers
Uploading and organising project documents within the company databases
Carrying out general office duties, including scanning, filing and document preparation
Providing basic support with Microsoft Office and document formatting
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within construction, engineering or similar industries
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confident in communicating with internal teams and subcontractors
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
Close attention to detail and a professional approach
Flexible and proactive attitude
Additional Information
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening required
Local candidates preferred due to project location
