Curriculum Administrator
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £24,487 pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Annual Leave: 33 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Pension: Government pension scheme with 17% employer contribution
Think FE are working with a well-regarded college in Northamptonshire to recruit a Curriculum Administrator. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently with a range of people, and can manage administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
The Role
As Curriculum Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of curriculum activity across the college. You will help ensure records are accurate, meetings are well organised, and staff, students and parents receive a professional and helpful service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Tracking, recording and managing student absence
Organising, attending and taking minutes at key meetings involving college staff, students and parents
Supporting the organisation of college events
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers
Producing letters to parents and handling other communications
Maintaining accurate records and supporting general curriculum administration What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
GCSE Maths and English at minimum Grade C/4 or equivalent
Good Microsoft Office skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to collate, manage and present data accurately
A professional, approachable and proactive attitude Experience in a college, school or education setting would be beneficial, but strong administrators from other backgrounds will also be considered.
