We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse goods-in department in Silverstone. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all day shift warehouse activities

Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes

Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff

Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow
What We're Looking For

Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (warehouse operative experience is also a plus)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety
