About the Role
As an Office Administrator / PA, you will play a key role in supporting the Repair Centre Manager and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills to enhance productivity and efficiency within the branch. You will also take ownership of HR-related administrative duties, time and attendance records, and training coordination for the wider group. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Enhance office productivity and efficiency through proactive administration.

Provide PA support to the Branch Manager, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Collate time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Organise and coordinate staff meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up actions.

Assist with employee review meetings, ensuring documentation is up to date.

Plan and organise site meetings, coordinating agendas and materials.

Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and HR administration.

Act as Training Coordinator, ensuring accurate training records are maintained.

Support site BSi, Manufacture, Health & Safety compliance records.
About You
You are a highly experienced Office Administrator / PA with a positive, outgoing personality and the ability to engage confidently with individuals at all levels. You are committed to excellence, highly detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering a high level of customer service and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference, take on new challenges, and continuously develop their skills in a dynamic, professional environment.
