Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative
Carry out production and assembly tasks efficiently, accurately, and within set timeframes.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Support continuous improvement activities and help maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in production or assembly, or formal training in manufacturing processes.
Strong attention to detail, good hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision.
Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Suite) for data entry and production logging.
