Job Description:
The role will involve carrying out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance works across South London contracts, including:

Disrepair & damp works

Kitchen, bathroom & wet room installations

Decorating
-
Window & door repairs/installations
-
Brickwork, rendering & plastering
-
Carpet/vinyl flooring & cap and cove flooring with hot welds

Investigative works
Requirements:
-
Previous experience within social housing
-
Multi-trade background
-
Full UK driving licence
-
NVQ desirable but not essential
-
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
