We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role would suit someone with previous production experience who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys hands-on, repetitive work.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 34 hours per week
Shift patterns:
Monday to Thursday:
6:00am – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 9:00pm
Fridays:
6:00am – 12:30pm
12:30pm – 7:00pm
Rate: £12.84
The Role
The position involves carrying out a precise bonding process using an epoxy resin (glue) dispensed via an air-type syringe. Accuracy and consistency are essential within this role.
Duties will include:
Bonding components using epoxy resin
Working with small and delicate parts
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
Carrying out repetitive production tasks
Supporting within the Covercoat department when required
Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous production or manufacturing experience
Excellent hand-eye coordination
A steady hand and strong attention to detail
The ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks
A reliable and positive attitude
This role may not suit candidates who dislike repetitive work.
