Office Based Initially (with flexibility offered longer term)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a well-established international business operating within a specialist, high-value sector. Based in their Holborn office, you will become part of a collaborative finance team of 4–5 people, supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
This role would suit someone with strong bookkeeping and organisational skills who enjoys working in a professional office environment and is looking to develop within a stable and growing business.
Skills & Experience Required
AAT Level 2 or Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
Previous experience within an accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping role
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience using Sun Systems would be highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Professional and reliable approach to work
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping and finance administration tasks
Process invoices, payments and reconciliations accurately
Maintain financial records and support compliance activities
Assist with month-end finance processes
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and company secretaries
Support wider office administration duties when required
Assist with ad hoc finance and operational projects
Ensure all records are maintained accurately and confidentially Additional Information
Office based initially during onboarding and training
Flexibility/hybrid working may be offered longer term
Working hours: 09:00am – 17:30pm
