Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of a well established manufacturing client based in central Bridgwater.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering full training, long-term career prospects and the chance to become a permanent member of the team.
If you become a permanent employee, you might be eligible for a £1,200 bonus paid in 2 halves in the first 6 months of employment.
Key Duties:
Operating machinery within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Packing products accurately and efficiently to company standards.
Completing comprehensive training across multiple machines over a 4 - 6 week period.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Working collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability and commitment to working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment.
Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Competitive pay starting from £13.39 per hour, increasing to £15.91 per hour when fully trained.

Shift pattern:
2 days: 6:45am - 6:45pm.
2 nights: 6:45pm - 6:45am.
