We’re currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a thriving and growing business based in the Kidderminster area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking to develop within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing warehouse administration duties to support daily operations

Acting as a key point of contact for internal queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

Handling communication via phone and email with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

Updating and maintaining weekly reports and spreadsheets

Accurate data entry and maintaining stock and delivery records

Liaising with warehouse, transport, and office teams to ensure smooth operations

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You:

Previous experience in a warehouse administration or administrative role

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Excellent organisational and IT skills, including experience using spreadsheets

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

A proactive and enthusiastic approach

Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
