Part-Time Procurement Administration Assistant
18 hours per week (with scope to increase!)
Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home)
Flexible working days (ideally Mon/Tues/Thurs in office)

We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time Procurement Administration Assistant to join a well-established and growing business based in Clevedon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration or procurement. We’re looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key duties include:

Raising purchase orders and supporting routine purchasing

Data entry and maintaining accurate records on internal systems

Resolving invoice queries and liaising with suppliers

Supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining documentation

Providing general administrative support to the team
About You

Strong communication skills

High attention to detail

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel beneficial)

Any admin or purchasing experience is helpful but not essential
