We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a professional environment and managing customer queries through to resolution.
Duties will include:
• Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email
• Coordinating maintenance and remedial works
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal departments
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Scheduling appointments and tracking progress of outstanding works
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous customer care or coordinator experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
• COINS system experience preferred
This is a temporary role requiring an immediate start, so candidates must be available immediately or at short notice.
