Location: North Scarle , Lincoln
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £ 13.34
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts days and nights

18:00 - 06:00Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting General Operatives / Packers on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in North Scarle
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
Carrying out basic quality and technical checks
Recording palletisation and assisting with the movement of finished goods to the warehouse
Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework where required
Maintaining a clean working environment and following "clean as you go" procedures
Working in line with strict health, safety, and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is desirable
Forklift Truck (FLT) experience would be advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable, honest, and punctual individuals
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Strong team player who can also work independently when required
Due to site location, own transport is essential
