Hygiene Operative - Poultry
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire (HU7 Area)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £13.90 per hour
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off - Days
Working Hours: 5 AM - 5 PM
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued and long-standing client, Cranswick Poultry, a leading food manufacturer based in Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean utensils, equipment, ovens, production lines, and machinery
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Ensure all open products are removed or covered before cleaning chemicals are used
Follow cleaning procedures and work instructions accurately
Maintain cleaning supply stocks
Work independently and as part of a team
Comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
Support general hygiene and production duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous hygiene or food production experience is beneficial but not essential
Reliable, hardworking, and flexible attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive approach to learning and development
Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
