💼 Your Role
This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of customer operations. Your responsibilities will include:
🗂️ Customer Data Management
Maintaining and updating customer master data to ensure accuracy for data protection and audit compliance
📊 Order Processing
Raising quotations, processing orders, and managing schedule agreements in line with service level expectations
📞 Customer Communication
Handling telephone and email enquiries while building strong, lasting relationships with customers
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working closely with Distribution, Planning, Finance, and Sales Operations to manage expectations around stock, pricing, and payments
⚠️ Risk Management
Identifying and escalating service risks while supporting customer meetings alongside Sales Operations
🔍 Query Resolution
Investigating and resolving customer queries or complaints quickly and efficiently
🚚 Logistics Coordination
Liaising with courier agents and using tracking systems (SOLU) to monitor delivery progress
📥 Mailbox & Admin Oversight
Managing shared inboxes, coding, and filing communications effectively
📈 Performance Focus
Supporting and maintaining Lines on Time in Full (LOTIF) targets
🧠 Continuous Improvement
Participating in operational meetings and contributing to PPI/JDI initiatives
🦺 Health & Safety Awareness
Promoting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times
