Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds, LS9
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, a well-established and highly respected business based in Leeds, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and supportive team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service experience who is looking to join a professional organisation with an excellent reputation and a positive working environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing effective support, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
Updating internal systems with customer details and notes
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth resolutions
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience within a customer service or office-based role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive and proactive attitude
