Overview
We are seeking an organised and reliable PA & Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and provide direct support to senior management.
This role is central to ensuring that administrative, HR and compliance processes run efficiently within a busy compliance oriented office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Directors and Registered Manager.

Manage correspondence and prepare formal communications

Support HR administration, including employee records and onboarding documentation

Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date

Assist with general office coordination and internal communication

Support wider administrative tasks as required
