HR Administrator – Local Authority - Swindon
£16.62+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working available
3 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of the HR & OD function and the full employee lifecycle, including policies, terms and conditions, practices, and procedures.

Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across all colleague lifecycle processes.

Ensure all HR queries and processing comply with legislation, policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration.

Triage and assess HR queries, escalating issues where necessary.
