The Education Specialists is seeking an organised and professional School Administrator/Receptionist to join a busy and well-structured schools office in Location, supporting the day-to-day running of the school.
We have positions that are full time, part time or daily, working as part of an established administrative team in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve supporting front-of-house operations, managing data and ensuring effective communication across the school.
The school has a strong operational structure and a collaborative office team, making it an excellent opportunity for an Administrator with school-based experience or strong transferable admin skills.

School Administrator role requirements:
• Previous experience in a school office or administrative role
• Experience using systems such as SIMS, Arbor or similar
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional and approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
The successful School Administrator will:
• Provide front-of-house support, including answering calls and greeting visitors
• Manage school communications, including emails and correspondence
• Maintain accurate pupil and staff records
• Support attendance tracking and data management
• Assist with general administrative tasks across the school
• Work closely with leadership and teaching staff
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
