Mon-Thurs: 8:15 - 16:45
Friday: 8:15 - 15:30
TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a candidate to join the Internal Spares department Team for a well established leading distribution company for the Heating Industry.
Duties Include:
- Process telephone, e-mail, internet order enquiries
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Allocating Orders Onto their internal systems
- Outbound and Inbound customer service calls
- Liaise between internal departments
- General office duties
Requirements for the role:
- Experience in the Heating industry or general building industry desirable
- Ability to use Microsoft packages such as, word, excel etc
- Be able to use initiative, and ability to think outside of the box
- Friendly with a drive to succeed
- Self Motivated
