Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and coordinating their journey throughout the service

Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries professionally and efficiently

Booking appointments in line with clinical priorities and service protocols

Managing and distributing reports and imaging data within required timescales

Supporting administrative and month-end processes for the wider management team

Assisting with invoicing, payment collection, and banking duties
-
Maintaining accurate patient and service records using internal systems
Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role

Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
