Apprenticeship Training Provider
Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office (West Midlands or Oxfordshire)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
About the Role
We are working with a well‑established apprenticeship training provider, rated Good by Ofsted, who are looking to appoint a Quality & Curriculum Administrator to support their growing team.
This is a key role behind the scenes, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused and interested in education, apprenticeships and quality. You’ll play an important part in ensuring apprenticeship programmes are well‑structured, compliant and inspection‑ready, while supporting a positive experience for learners and employers.
Purpose of the Role
The Quality & Curriculum Administrator provides essential support across curriculum delivery, quality assurance and compliance. Your work will help tutors, coaches and managers focus on what they do best — delivering high‑quality training and supporting learner success.
This role is central to meeting Ofsted, ESFA and awarding body requirements, while maintaining high standards and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Curriculum Support
Maintain and update curriculum documentation, including:
Schemes of work
Curriculum plans and sequencing
Mapping to Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours (KSBs)
End Point Assessment (EPA) requirements
Support updates to curriculum content following changes to standards, employer feedback or quality improvement actions
Ensure learning resources are well organised, version‑controlled and accessible via the LMS or shared systemsQuality & Compliance Support
Provide administrative support for Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activity, including:
Sampling records
Standardisation meetings and notes
Tracking actions and outcomes
Maintain records of teaching observations, feedback, development actions and staff CPD
Monitor completion of quality actions and flag any issues where neededLearner Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate learner records on MIS and e‑portfolio systems (e.g. OneFile, Smart Assessor, Aptem)
Support reporting on learner progress, achievement, timely completions and EPA readiness
Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure records are always audit‑readyOfsted & Inspection Readiness
Support preparation for Ofsted inspections by collating evidence and maintaining organised documentation
Assist with updates to the Self‑Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Ensure documentation is consistently inspection‑readyTeam & Systems Support
Act as a point of contact for curriculum and quality documentation
Coordinate meetings related to curriculum, quality and compliance
Support effective use of LMS, e‑portfolio and quality tracking systems
Contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of workingAbout You
You don’t need to be a tutor — but you do need to be someone who is:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, systems and documentation
Holds previous experience in a Curriculum and Quality support function
Confident communicating clearly and professionally
Knowledge of Apprenticeships and Ofsted Inspection criteria would be highly desirable
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
