Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Assistant
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the finance department by ensuring supplier invoices are processed and paid on time. Daily duties will include:

Monitoring finance and accounts payable mailboxes
-
Managing supplier queries
-
Coding and inputting purchase ledger invoices
-
Processing banking allocations following payment runs and reconciling supplier statements.
You will liaise with Property Management teams, Client Accountants and suppliers, validate supplier bank details, request refunds and maintain accurate purchase ledger records. You will also support wider finance teams where required and assist with general administration duties.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable Assistant, Purchase Ledger Assistant or Finance Assistant role. We're looking for:

Degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject would be beneficial but is not essential
